Jose W. Toledo - "Wilmer"

Starting in the industry shortly after graduating from school, Wilmer began his career at the Beaver Furniture Corporation in the Soho District of Manhattan. In 16 years with the company, he gained hands-on knowledge and experience in the in the art and creation of bespoke upholstery.

From there, he joined several of the leading custom workrooms in the country, including De Angelis, Jonas and Belfair, learning from the best in the business the craftsmanship and details that characterize and define exceptional bespoke furnishings.

Today, Wilmer heads his own company, Milo, that utilizes this vast experience and knowledge to create beautiful furnishings, window treatments and wall upholstery for a new generation of discerning designers and clients around the country.

Craftsmanship, Creativity and Client Service are the watchwords of Wilmer and his experienced team at Milo.

Christian Toledo

Christian, the son of Wilmer, has recently joined the company leading its marketing and customer service operations as it continues to grow and expand. A graduate of St. John's University with a degree in business marketing, Christian has traveled extensively throughout Europe, gleaning valuable insights into European design, craftsmanship and creativity.

Most recently, he worked for the luxury fabric house Scalamandre in the design and marketing division of Old World Weavers. While there, he gleaned first-hand experience with one of the world's leading brands and products. In joining Milo, Christian is applying his knowledge and
experiences at Scalamandre and his global eye for beauty and craftsmanship in leading Milo into a new era.
